Support

ELINT offer various forms of support for our products and solutions. Our service and support is in the highest class, but not in the most expensive class.

We provide remote assistance in the form of remote access, telephone and e-mail. We can also provide on-site support.

Support can be purchased on an ad-hoc basis or via support plans. Please contact us for more information.

With the SNARE software maintenance all future versions of agents and server is provided so long as maintenance has been paid. Also included is bug and error support. If you need guidance on how to use and set up the SNARE Server and agents (e.g. creating or modify objectives or setting up filtering on agents), you should purchase a support plan or purchase support charged per hour.
